Ma Closette was born in Angers from a very simple conviction: the most beautiful pieces are often those we rediscover. A sewing machine, fabrics sourced from a recycling center, and the desire to give a second life to what others had forgotten.

Our method

Three steps, zero compromise

  • 01 · On tap

    Each fabric is carefully chosen for its material, its colour, and its history. Oeko-Tex, second-hand material or even from dormant stock.

  • 02 · We transform

    In the Anjou workshop, each piece is deconstructed, reworked, and hand-sewn by me.

  • 03 · Unveiling

    The result: a unique piece or a very limited drop, designed to last and to reflect your personality.

The brand

Nothing is thrown away, everything is reinvented.

No overflowing collections, no dormant stock: each Ma Closette piece is intentionally produced in limited quantities. The upcycled fabric dictates the pace, not the other way around—and that's exactly what makes each creation irreplaceable.

It's a choice: to do things better, less often, for clothes you truly keep.
